Book a rental car
The University’s preferred supplier is Enterprise. They have national coverage. To book a rental car please click here. If you don’t have an account or you have any questions, please contact us at purchase-enquiries@eng.cam.ac.uk.
The University van
The van must be used only for University business purposes.
To check the availability of the van, you can email stores-enquiries@eng.cam.ac.uk or come to Stores in person.
You must:
- Be a member of the Engineering Department
- Be over 21.
- Have a clean full UK driving licence
The van is only to be used Monday to Friday within Stores working hours unless agreed in advance.
The van is checked before and after a booking for any damage.
It is the driver’s responsibility to check that all the lights work .
